You probably don’t believe me when I tell you that healing yourself is simple. But it is. As Jeff Olsen says in The Slight Edge, “Easy to do, easy not to do.” It’s easy to make the changes necessary to let your body heal itself. It’s also easy not to make these changes and continue living with sickness and pain.
Have you settled for a mediocre life? I did. I was content, but not happy, for a long time. I was objectively making a lot of money, though I still felt a great sense of lack. I was eating healthy, but I was still exhausted all the time and gaining weight. I was practicing self-care, but I was emotionally distraught and deeply depressed.
It wasn’t until I hit rock bottom that I decided I needed to make a giant change in my life. I used myself as a guinea pig and tested out a three-step program based on my clinical knowledge as a nurse and years of research on holistic and alternative medicine.
And guess what happened? In less than a month’s time, I banished my fatigue, decreased my pain, eliminated my neuropathy, built resilience, and put my anxiety and depression into remission.
Reset, Recharge, and Renew, is the framework in which we look at healing the Mind, Body, and Soul.

How I Can Help YOU

I have worked as a nurse over the past 5 years. Over the past ten + years, I have dealt with crippling pain, fatigue, and a slew of other dysautonomia symptoms. During the course of learning how to be a nurse and a patient advocate, I learned how to advocate for myself and begin my journey to health and healing.
This was only half the battle. The diet changes, the self-care, the countless doctor’s appointments, none of it made a true lasting difference until I changed my mindset. In Hack Your Inner Healer, we dive right into these mindset changes, while addressing the diet changes and self-care that are necessary, but don’t cut it on their own.

What You Can Expect

Module one will focus on Resetting the mind, body, and soul. Each aspect is given its own video so you can break down your healing process into smaller more concise actionable steps to take. Module two discusses Recharging the mind, body, and soul. Adding in the most beneficial self-care, diet, exercise, meditation, and journaling practices. Module three is all about Renewal. How to stay vibrant, healthy, and happy.
